Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Enedis. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Traffic and resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and preferences
- Develop and implement customized solutions to meet client needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction and feedback
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
