We are currently seeking a Manager, Quality Division Energy Solutions (M/F) to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the Quality strategy and Policies among our Division organization, focusing on Customer needs, supporting plants on managing Quality System.
- Implement Quality standardization and best practices across all Division plants.
- Develop the Quality Plant Human resources together with Plant Manager.
- Deploy and cascade Quality strategy and policies to Division plants and customer focus.
- Implementation of Quality Continuous improvement with finishing line rejection analysis and CAP in all Division plants.
- Support plants together with Quality System on Certification and reinforcement of Plant QMS.
- Ensure the right discipline to follow up Quality process and product rules.
- Ensure that Division Plants manage and continuously improve the critical Quality KPIs.
- Coordinate regional Quality Processes and Initiatives.
- Ensure Standardization of Quality Processes on Division plants.
- Develop and improve quality & delivery through the development of and adherence to defined processes.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Physics, Chemistry, or Business discipline with experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a quality or process engineering role within a multinational industrial setting, including transversal management experience.
- Strong background in Six Sigma methodology and quality tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plans, 8D, etc.).
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing cost drivers and CI processes (as VAVE and lean manufacturing).
- Proven experience in coordinating and leading quality audits in manufacturing environment (process, product, systems, customer) and KPI management.
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across all functions and levels within the organization.
