We are seeking a visionary Product Management Director to lead our team of Global Product Managers and shape the future of our product portfolio. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for steering the strategic direction, enhancing financial performance, and identifying value-creation opportunities for our business unit.
Key Responsibilities- Product Management Leadership: Oversee the strategic direction, enhancement, and financial performance of our product and service portfolio.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire an international team of Product Managers, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to define solutions, manage product lifecycles, and ensure successful NPD execution through a formalized gate process.
- Market Insight & Strategy: Analyze market conditions and customer needs to develop actionable strategies.
- Marketing & Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies for our products and solutions.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in leading Product Management teams, preferably in pump technology or fluid management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, and manage significant workloads.
- Strategic Vision: Strong understanding of product management best practices, NPD processes, and the ability to deliver sustained results in a profit & loss environment.
