Job SummaryWe are seeking an IT Solutions Architect to join our team in France, Marseille or Puteaux. As an IT Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and executing solution strategy, analyzing customer business needs, and proposing optimal solutions in agreement with the IT CoE CL Business Partners and Century Account Professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Define and cost IT solutions leveraging portfolio of enterprise applications to meet customer's contract logistics supply chain needs
- Analyze customer's business needs to propose optimal solutions in agreement with the IT CoE CL Business Partners and Century Account Professionals
- Closely collaborate with Business Development and Solution Design Operations to gather required technical input to deliver on IT proposals
- Influence, promote, and facilitate delivery of corporate strategic solutions to IT
- Gather IT CL Applications Portfolio knowledge, including regional & local applications
- Liaise and build collaboration with the IT CoE CL Core Applications (Core+ products & Dev-Ops), Core Applications Development Factory, Emerging Core and Non-Core applications teams
- University Degree in IT or Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience in IT for Contract Logistics
- Experience in designing and executing solution strategy
- Experience with warehouse management systems
- Excellent understanding of customer functional and operating needs in highly complex environments
- Good presentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good documentation and administration skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Fluency in English and French
