Position: Client Relationship Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee, cultivate, and assess a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on Intermediate and Middle Market enterprises.
- Comprehend, evaluate, and consolidate the requirements, challenges, and risks faced by clients.
- Perform technical assessments and execute solutions tailored to the needs of clients and potential clients.
- Identify and analyze market trends, negotiate terms and conditions with insurers and clients.
- Establish a foundation of trust with Clients/Prospects and strategic partners within the insurance sector.
- Support the commercial growth of the portfolio in partnership with Client Managers.
Qualifications:
- Background in brokerage or within an insurance organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Passionate about negotiation with a client-centric approach.
- Strong listening abilities and adept at synthesizing information.
- Familiarity with the frameworks of international programs.
Preferred Skills:
- Enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
- Proficient in professional English.
- Knowledge in construction and automotive fleet sectors is advantageous.
