Job Description:
- Deliver after-sales support for household appliances, both within warranty and beyond, primarily at customer residences and occasionally at our facility.
- Assist in the creation and execution of specialized services, including appliance diagnostics for corporate clients.
- Service, repair, and evaluate appliances from various manufacturers.
- Independently identify and troubleshoot issues, both at client locations and in the workshop.
- Conduct tests and confirm the functionality of equipment post-repair.
- Engage effectively with clients to enhance the after-sales experience.
