Job Summary:

As an apprentice operation coordinator, you will be part of a collaborative team guided by strong human values. You will assist operation coordinators in supporting condominiums planning energy-efficient renovations, verifying project eligibility, analyzing eligibility survey responses, developing budget forecasts, and contributing to financial arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and development of energy-efficient condominium renovations
  • Verify the eligibility of projects for funding and support
  • Analyze survey responses to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage budget forecasts for condominium projects
  • Contribute to the financial arrangements of condominium projects, including processing subsidy requests
  • Liaise with condominium stakeholders, including building syndicates, community associations, and partners

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in urban planning, territorial policy, sustainable development, geography, or territory planning
  • Proficient in numbers and Excel
  • Known for reliability, organizational skills, and dynamism
  • Excellent writing skills and proficiency in computer tools
  • Interest in sustainable housing and social initiatives
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
