About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Communication Team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for our marketing channels, managing our social media presence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop business and scientific content.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to nurture our broker and corporate clients.
- Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and marketing materials, that showcases our expertise in climate change, emerging risks, and complex technical information.
- Collaborate with underwriting, R&D, and communication teams to investigate and build improved marketing materials, such as pitch decks, product sheets, case studies, and scientific articles.
- Manage our social media presence, including scheduling and delivering posts, creating engaging content, and collaborating with our graphic designer and webmaster.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing content production and social media in a similar position.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal communication) is mandatory, with French being a plus.
- Ability to understand insurance and financial terms, as well as scientific and complex technical information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
