Role Overview

CONTEXT

If you are eager to shape the future of public infrastructure and lead innovative construction projects with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility, this position is tailored for you.

The Directorate of Major Projects and Heritage (DGPP) plays a pivotal role in overseeing the city’s key investments and construction initiatives. This department is instrumental in executing the city’s political agenda regarding ecological and energy transitions, aiming for carbon neutrality while ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of essential public facilities.

The DGPP is responsible for several significant projects, including the establishment of a district heating network, the development of a comprehensive real estate strategy, and the construction of vital public amenities.

In this context, we are looking for an Operations Manager (M/F) to support the management of projects under the DGPP’s purview. The Operations Manager will be integral to the strategy for major construction initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage building operations for the municipality
  • Develop a multi-year investment strategy aligned with the city’s political objectives
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives
  • Advise elected officials and departments on project feasibility and timelines
  • Oversee financial, scheduling, and technical aspects of projects
  • Design and implement specific intervention plans

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Full-time position - 37 hours per week
  • Regular travel within the city
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Work location: Trappes Municipal Technical Center

Candidate Profile
  • Education: Bac+5, degree in civil engineering, architecture, or related fields
