Opportunity Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Procurement Manager to become a vital part of our organization, responsible for spearheading the formulation and execution of our procurement strategy. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, coupled with at least 5 years of procurement expertise within the catering or hospitality sector. Proficiency in English is essential.

Primary Duties:

  • Develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive procurement strategy.
  • Conduct and lead negotiations utilizing a structured sourcing process and various negotiation techniques.
  • Manage supplier performance to guarantee timely and complete deliveries.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and environmental regulations related to food and packaging.

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of procurement experience, ideally within the catering or hospitality sector.
  • Experience in catering organizations is essential.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Exceptional negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
