This is a challenging opportunity to join Dassault Systèmes as a Delmia CAM Consultant, where you will play a key role in supporting our sales channels and expanding our DELMIA solution for Machining and Additive Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities- Be a technical expert of the DELMIA solution for Machining (Milling, Turning, Mill-Turn) and Additive Manufacturing (Powder Bed, Material Deposition), able to support our sales channels worldwide.
- Expand also to other DELMIA topics such as Process Engineering for Fabrication (Part Fab), Work Instruction, Composites, Execution, and the full 3DExperience solution.
- Pre-Sales activities: Understand customer needs and pain points, prepare and give presentations and live demonstrations, answer RFPs, ensure POCs.
- Post-sales activities: Coach and support the Service team (DS or C&SI), ensuring a successful Go-Live.
- Train and enable our partners, prepare and give training sessions, define the best practices in coordination with our R&D, support our partners.
- Support Marketing events.
- The Industry Process Consultant masters DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE solution. He/she understands how the products fulfill the business needs. The Industry Process Consultant contributes to increasing the deal size, accelerate deal signature and secures successful go-live.
- The Industry Process Consultant is able to articulate the overall 3DEXPERIENCE platform value.
- The Industry Process Consultant contributes to the execution of the Value Engagement activities and deliverables, according to the different phases, with a specific focus on gate reviews.
- The Industry Process Consultant can articulate value, based on identified KPIs and KVIs, using storylines based on the Customer Value Model and adapting them to the audience, whether it is a User, a Process Owner or a Business Owner.
- The Industry Process Consultant: closely collaborates with the DS internal ecosystem, maintains best in class level of expertise, capitalizes on-field activities, provides feedback loop from customer use cases, supports the Solution enablement of their Partners and Sales Ecosystem, maximizes the usage of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for interaction with the customer and DS ecosystem.
- Bachelor of Sciences in engineering or similar experience. Strong industrial engineering background.
- Advanced knowledge on Machining domain: Milling, Turning, Mill-Turn (Theory and Practice).
- Knowledge on Machining Simulation and Programming software, ideally on DELMIA 3DEXPERIENCE Machining or CATIA V5 Machining.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Processes.
- Possibly, some knowledge on Additive Manufacturing: powder bed, material deposition (WAAM)…
- Knowledge of the 3DExperience platform is a real plus.
- Experience in software implementation and/or software technical sales.
- 5+ years of experience.
- Knowledge on Advise on efficiency improvements.
- Gain exposure to a wide variety of IT technologies.
