Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 6+ years of experience in managing high-volume restaurants (200-300 covers) in an upscale food-focused environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and resolve operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- 6+ years of successful restaurant management experience in a high-volume and upscale food-focused environment.
- Passionate about Internal Hospitality and our core values.
- Strong problem-resolution skills and ability to navigate complex conversations.
