At Indigo Road Hospitality Group, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team to success. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement menus, promotions, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- 6+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, upscale environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing teams, driving sales growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
