The Customer Success Engineer Role

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of empowering businesses with cutting-edge data integration, data quality, and data governance technology, with an initial focus on Talend technology. Your dynamic, customer-centric expertise in data engineering will drive meaningful outcomes for our most strategic customers, shaping the future of data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the customer relationship from a technical perspective, becoming a trusted advisor for the implementation and ongoing adoption of Qlik Talend Data Integration.
  • Work at the bleeding edge of data technology, solving significant data challenges and creating impactful outcomes.
  • Help customers fully utilize their subscriptions, ensuring rapid Time-To-Value and unlocking the full potential of our software.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers and other customer-facing roles, ensuring coordinated and successful customer outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years in a data engineering field, managing multiple customers and projects.
  • Proficiency with ETL/ELT and Data Quality technologies, especially Talend Data Fabric.
  • Knowledge of databases, data lakes, NoSQL technologies, and data replication concepts.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, streaming technologies, and big data solutions.
  • Experience in Java development, scripting languages, and DevOps technologies.
  • Expertise in designing and deploying complex data solutions for cloud providers, particularly for Azure or AWS, with an understanding of container technologies.
  • Familiarity with Windows & Linux Servers, networking, and troubleshooting strategies.
  • Abilities in SSO-related software and security technologies.
