Job Title: Reporting and Middle Office Specialist (M/F)

Our client, a prominent French mutual organization focused on wealth management, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their Risk Department. Reporting directly to the Studies and Financial Risks Manager, you will be part of a well-regarded French firm known for its exceptional work environment.

In the role of Reporting and Middle Office Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage delegated Middle Office functions. Additionally, you will play a key role in the preparation of comprehensive reports.

Your core responsibilities will encompass:

  • Verification and oversight of Operational Support Tasks (OST)
  • Ensuring compliance and delivery of securities
  • Monitoring of suspense accounts
  • Management of securities lending transactions
  • Reconciliation of cash and securities
  • Conducting depository reconciliations
  • Preparation of annual and quarterly performance reports

Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in banking or finance, along with at least three years of relevant experience in similar positions. Proficiency in office tools such as VBA, SQL, and BLOOMBERG will be advantageous.
