YOUR MISSION
Role Overview
Reporting to the VP of Group Commercial Performance, the Sales Data Analyst will play a crucial role within the Commercial Performance team, contributing to the following key activities:
- Consolidate and evaluate commercial data to facilitate EXCOM Business updates and the preparation and management of the Group Business Pipeline Review (BPR).
- Assist in defining and implementing commercial performance KPIs and dashboards.
- Collaborate with the tool team to enhance features in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Support the team in updating and deploying the sales/win process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Pipeline Review (BPR) Data Preparation
Contribute to the update of commercial information based on actual results analysis and active pipeline review to support the Group Business Pipeline Review process. This includes:
- Consolidation and analysis of the pipeline biannually.
2. Support in Defining and Implementing Commercial Performance KPIs & Dashboard
Assist in the development of a commercial dashboard for the Management team (POWER BI), which includes:
- Supporting sales team meetings and developing relevant sales performance KPIs.
- Conducting and analyzing a Post-Mortem survey on won and lost opportunities.
3. Collaboration with Tool Team for CRM Development
Participate in the design, development, and testing of all Salesforce or equivalent reporting, which includes:
- Orders review by Business Unit, region, Business Model, and Business Segment.
- Ensuring that new CRM features align with the needs expressed by the field (Commercial BUs).
4. Support in Updating and Deploying Sales/Win Process
Contribute to the update of the sales process, ensuring it is well-known and deployed across the Business Units.
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications/Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, or Economics is required, with an advanced degree preferred. Additional qualifications include:
- 0 to 1+ years of experience in commercial, sales, marketing, data analysis, and process improvement.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience in international environments.
- Excellent logical and analytical skills with a structured mindset.
- A commitment to continuous learning and a boundaryless spirit.
- High ethical standards and a reputation for integrity in business.
Desired Characteristics
Fluency in English and French is essential. Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.) is also required.
This position is open to remote work, as SUEZ values the balance between professional and personal life.
