As a Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within our dynamic environment. Your expertise in understanding complex requirements and translating them into actionable technical specifications will be essential to driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed technical requirements through workshops, interviews, and work sessions. Conduct thorough analysis to define system functionalities and user workflows.
- Technical Design & Development: Develop comprehensive program specifications and design solutions at the sub-system level. Translate high-level business requirements into concrete technical designs, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Data Management & Integration: Define technical requirements for data conversion efforts and execute automated and manual data cleansing procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ServiceNow instance.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment. Effectively manage project phases and deliverables to achieve successful outcomes.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive performance and integration testing to validate system functionality and identify potential issues. Analyze test results and collaborate with developers to implement necessary improvements.
