Our esteemed partner, a global leader in Personal Protective Equipment, operates in over 110 countries and is dedicated to ensuring worker safety. We are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Export Operations (M/F).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management of the export sales support team in conjunction with the Export Department.
- Facilitate the training and onboarding of new team members, conduct annual performance reviews, and ensure achievement of set objectives.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance workflow and efficiency.
- Manage sales support functions, including the creation of performance dashboards, conducting customer satisfaction assessments, overseeing pricing strategies, and developing promotional materials and sales support resources.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess fluency in English and demonstrate proficiency in computer applications such as Word and Excel. Previous experience with commercial management software is preferred. Essential qualities for this role include availability, enthusiasm, and strong listening skills. Leadership capabilities and excellent interpersonal skills are also crucial.
Contract Type: Full-time apprenticeship
Duration: 12 to 24 months
Compensation: Salary will be determined based on age and educational background
