Air Liquide Shared Services (ALSP) is one of the 7 regional Business Services Center (BSC) of the Air Liquide Group.
As part of Air Liquide Shared Services, in a context of operational excellence and customer satisfaction, you will supervise the General Accounting team (12 people) and manage the relationship with one or more internal clients.
They coordinate the accounting operations of their entity, are responsible for financial statements, ensure their reliability, and participate in the implementation of action plans validated by the CSP director as part of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the closing of accounts and produce financial statements:
- Determine in relation with the control of management of the entity, the amount of subscription entries
- Control accounting information to ensure the reliability and justification of produced accounts
- Calculate and account for corporate tax
- Be the reference for collaborators on their accounting questions
- Ensure compliance with accounting rules and internal control regulations of the Group:
- Maintain a permanent watch on French and IFRS accounting standards
- Prepare and manage tax audits in coordination with the Tax & Taxes Pole and corporate tax management
- Monitor the service contract and performance indicators for the entities in charge:
- Analyze performance indicators and share them with the General Accounting Director
- Propose and implement continuous improvement plans after validation from the General Accounting Director and the CSP Director
- Alert the General Accounting Director in case of difficulties or dysfunctions in the application of mutual commitments outlined in the service contract
Graduated with a higher education degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in accounting/control/audit, you have 10 to 15 years of professional experience in these areas, acquired in an accounting firm and/or in a Shared Services Center in a similar role.
