Our Practice: CTO Advisory
The CTO Advisory practice is a multidisciplinary team of over 500 professionals who combine business understanding and cutting-edge technological expertise. Our goal is to position Wavestone as the trusted advisor to Chiefs Technology Officers (CTOs) in their most ambitious technological and organizational transformations. We work with large corporate clients across various sectors, including banking, energy, transportation, luxury, services, and public services.

- Large IT Transformation & M&A: Leveraging our expertise and knowledge in large programs to support clients in critical moments of IT transformation.
Role: Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant in our CTO Advisory practice, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, planning, and managing digital transformation programs for clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and goals.
- Fostering the growth and development of junior consultants, sharing your expertise and experience to help them grow professionally.
- Contributing to the development of our practice, including identifying new business opportunities, participating in sales pitches, and developing proposals.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team to help drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in IT transformation and digital workplace, preferably in a consulting or large corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud, architecture, digital workplace, infrastructure, operations, and organization of IT functions.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
