Wavestone is a leading consulting firm that helps businesses and organizations navigate their strategic transformations in a rapidly changing world. As a Senior IT Strategy and CTO/CTO Advisory Consultant, you will be part of our CTO Advisory practice, which combines business understanding and technological expertise to help Chiefs Technology Officer (CTO) clients achieve their most ambitious technological and organizational transformations.
Key Responsibilities- Design, plan, and manage digital transformation programs for clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Contribute to the development of our practice's knowledge management and thought leadership, sharing expertise and best practices with colleagues.
- Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and contributing to pitches and proposals.
- Manage and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their careers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT transformation and advisory, with a strong understanding of digital technologies and business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
