Description of the Position

The CHU de Rouen is seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to join its Rehabilitation Services team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a multi-site setting.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Healthcare Manager to lead our rehabilitation services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients with various medical conditions
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field (minimum level II)
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
