Your Role: Automotive Training Specialist Intern/ApprenticeThe Training service is seeking an intern or apprentice eager to develop their skills by assisting the Sales and After-Sales Training Project Managers on a variety of projects:
- Product Launch Events: Supporting the Nissan Academy team in preparing and organizing product launch events for the Nissan range. This involves collaboration with event agencies, Nissan Europe training teams, internal teams, and Nissan West Europe field forces.
- Localization and Deployment of Training Content: Assisting the Nissan Academy team in localizing, adapting, and reviewing training content provided by the Nissan Europe training team or locally developed. This ensures the content meets the specific needs of the French market and network in line with the defined training plan for the current fiscal year. These contents can target both sales and service activities.
- Promotion and Optimization of the Training Tool (LMS): Actively promoting the LMS to the Nissan sales force and network by highlighting the training catalog and animating the homepage. Providing suggestions on utilizing the existing features of the LMS (workspace...). Following an initial familiarization with the LMS tool (Learning Management System) and in proximity to the Nissan West administration and Nissan Europe system training teams, analyzing and defining the operational needs related to the use of this database in the France region.
- Reporting, Analysis, and Activity Optimization: Monitoring and analyzing the outcomes of the deployed training through existing reporting tools (Excel and Power BI Business Intelligence tool). Analyzing the internal users' needs for these reports. Defining specifications and development plans for new dashboards to be created on Power BI. Participating in the performance monitoring through a qualitative analysis of the existing dashboard KPIs, as well as implementing campaigns to engage and take concrete actions towards field forces and the network with the aim of optimizing the participation rate in various training programs and achieving desired results.
