Position Overview: Technical Sales Support Specialist

Are you eager to thrive in a vibrant and expanding sector where you can enhance your client portfolio alongside a field sales representative? Consider the role of a Technical Sales Support Specialist at CLIM+.

  • Manage quotes and orders initiated by the field sales representative and/or clients
  • Identify optimal technical and pricing solutions tailored to each client project
  • Negotiate and oversee supplier orders
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes, finalize sales, and monitor orders until delivery
  • Engage in commercial activities at the agency in collaboration with your manager and team
  • Foster client relationships at the point of sale in partnership with the agency team
  • Facilitate new customer account openings and collections
  • Address customer disputes while adhering to administrative and commercial protocols

Is this role suitable for you? If you are currently pursuing a technical (HVAC) and/or commercial Bachelor's degree and possess a strong desire to learn, this could be the right fit. Previous successful B2B experience is advantageous.

Essential skills for this position include a focus on customer relationships, a sales-oriented mindset (including strong listening abilities, effective presentation skills, attention to detail, patience, and perseverance). Proficiency in computer tools is necessary.

You are recognized for your service-oriented and collaborative approach, adaptability, organizational capabilities, and initiative. Having technical knowledge in HVAC is a plus.
