Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Site Manager to join our team in France. As a key member of our offshore wind team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering technical projects aimed at improving the availability and reliability of our wind farms. Your expertise will be crucial in standardizing processes, digitizing data, and driving innovation to achieve efficiency and excellence in asset performance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate works and activities with the Site Manager and Operations Engineering team.
- Provide technical information to the Operations Engineering team and witness specific activities/works carried out in the wind farm.
- Support the Operations Engineering Leads in delivering processes and procedures for a successful O&M asset integrity management system.
- Establish mechanisms for capturing and sharing lessons learned across the different offshore projects.
- Coordinate technical interactions with OEMs, Service Providers, consultants, certifiers, and regulators to ensure productive relationships and high technical response.
- Provide recommendations to the business and contribute to developing O&M asset integrity management systems to protect and maximize asset values and production revenue.
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Control Engineering.
- Sound technical knowledge relevant to the offshore wind industry.
- Highly IT literate and experienced in engineering industry.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage project teams, and make decisions to deadlines.
- Sound planning and analysis skills with the ability to anticipate problems and plan mitigating solutions.
- Experience and understanding of technical due diligence.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Spanish is a plus.
