Job Overview:
Olmix Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Experimentation Technical Assistant to join our Technical and Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and improvement of our biostimulant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis and synthesis of trial results, ensuring accurate data management and reporting.
- Collaborate with the technical experimentation coordinator to manage regulatory and technical trials, including field and laboratory testing.
- Prepare comprehensive trial reports and presentations for the technical department, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Support business trips, including meetings, field visits, and exhibitions, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or related background in agricultural sciences, such as agronomy, plant physiology, phytopathology, or crop production systems.
- Strong interest in biostimulants, agro-supply industry, experimentation, and technical product development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, as well as statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, autonomy, curiosity, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- English language proficiency at a B2 level is mandatory.
