About the Role
We're seeking a skilled D&I and Engagement Project Manager to join our team. As the driving force behind our commitment to diversity and inclusion, you'll lead the development and implementation of Corporate D&I strategic initiatives. Your mission will be to create an inclusive culture that showcases our values and mission, and promotes a positive and respectful workplace environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage the D&I agenda in collaboration with the D&I global manager to ensure successful delivery of project activities.
- Provide support at local and global levels to prepare and deploy D&I action planning based on relevant needs and industry trends.
- Engage and animate D&I communities by preparing and delivering insightful content for network calls and other company events.
- Collaborate with the Communication team to keep EVP updated and active.
- Develop and implement an employer branding strategy that aligns with our company's values and mission.
- Create and manage engaging content for internal social media channels, career website, and public disclosure.
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all channels.
- Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.
About You
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
