Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our Quai des Marques location in Franconville. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, advising, and retaining customers
  • Ensure a high level of sales performance by meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Confect, prepare, and personalize chocolate gift boxes and customer orders while maintaining hygiene standards
  • Process customer transactions and handle cash and credit sales
  • Receive and stock merchandise, and maintain a visually appealing store display
  • Participate in store displays and visual merchandising to promote sales and customer engagement
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
