SOLIHA Charente Maritime / Deux Sèvres is a non-profit organization that is part of the national network of associations dedicated to housing. Our association works closely with local authorities and government services to promote private housing, support the elderly and people with disabilities to stay in their homes, and ensure social integration through housing. We also work to combat substandard housing, energy poverty, and provide social support services to vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate social activities and ensure their effective implementation
• Supervise the social support team (3 people)
• Manage complex or urgent situations
• Evaluate social workers' performance and provide guidance on their professional writing
• Develop and maintain local partnerships
• Represent the association in external meetings
• Support families through the 'Accompaniment Social Lié au Logement' (ASLL) program
• Organize collective actions on housing-related themes, including energy poverty
• Participate in forums and trade shows

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Strong listening and analytical skills
• Organizational, methodical, and rigorous approach
• Ability to work in a team
• Adherence to the association's social project

Working Conditions

The position is based in Niort, with frequent travel to the Deux Sèvres department and occasional travel to the Charente Maritime department.

Contract and Remuneration

Full-time contract (CDI) with a competitive salary, annual bonus, and participation in the company's profit-sharing scheme.
