Job Title: Digital Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Digital Factory team at Veolia Water Technologies, a subsidiary of the Veolia Group. As a leading technological company, Veolia has been a pioneer in conducting its digital transformation, with IT being a major driver.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage diverse and interesting projects, with a focus on FinOps, E-commerce, GenAI coordination, and Hubgrade integration.
  • Coordinate with other IS&T teams for cross-system integrations and interfaces.
  • Work closely with Veolia IS&T technical teams, who are responsible for providing building blocks.
  • Provide support on integrations and interfaces between Hubgrade and other systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Solid experience in IT project management, involving management of internal and external resources.
  • Proficiency in diverse project management methodologies (waterfall, agile).
  • Concrete experience in running the Agile Scrum methodology.
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud environments and modern tooling.
  • Background in software programming or architecture.
Technical Skills:
  • Good general knowledge of the cloud, and AWS services in particular.
  • Familiarity with financial terminology and concepts.
  • Good understanding of automation and productivity tools.
  • Particular awareness of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Good understanding of integrations patterns and Big Data / Data Lake standards.
  • Good understanding of the AI landscape and GenAI concepts.
Soft Skills:
  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to negotiate and educate stakeholders.
