Job Title: IT Contract Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Contract Manager to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies. As a key member of our IS&T Contract Management department, you will be responsible for managing large IT contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and developing procedures for IT contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Manage large IT contracts, including contract execution, closing, extension, or renewal, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Operational Management: Ensure contract comitology, manage coordination between contract governance stakeholders, and ensure incident and change management review.
- Financial Management: Control invoices, ensure monthly review of service level agreements, and calculate financial penalties when service levels are breached.
- Risk Management: Ensure regular reporting on risk and mitigation actions, provide input for management decisions, and provide regular synthesis for management.
Requirements:
- Education: BAC+5 educational background in Information Systems and/or Business.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in contract management, purchase, or legal environment.
- Skills: IT service contract management and compliance topics, contract law, and fluency in English.
- Personal Qualities: Service-oriented, organized, rigorous, synthetic, good communicator, and facilitator.
