Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Food Safety and Quality Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with hygiene standards and food safety regulations while promoting environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive audits and evaluations of hygiene protocols, food production methodologies, waste management systems, and environmental practices.
- Provide expert guidance and technical assistance on hygiene, quality assurance, food safety, and environmental management systems.
- Facilitate training workshops focused on food quality assurance, waste reduction strategies, and minimizing environmental impact.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor's degree in food science or a related discipline is required.
- Familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP standards, and relevant food safety legislation.
- Self-motivated individual with excellent communication abilities.
- Proven capability to foster collaborative relationships with clients.
- A team-oriented mindset with adaptability and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
