Your Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of client contracts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to agreed-upon terms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate product referencing and timely delivery of quotations and proposals.
- Track and monitor contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or science.
- Previous experience in a market-facing role, preferably within the scientific or technical industry.
