Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Refinery Chemicals Operations Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting all relevant engineering work to meet the Liquid to Chemicals (LTC) program objectives and ensure meeting project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management and engineering, with a focus on the refining and chemicals industry
- Strong technical knowledge of refining and chemicals processes, including process yields, qualities, economics, and capital efficiency
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities
