The Job
Your mission will be:
- Animation of the agile rituals of the program
- Animation of the daily meetings
- Animation of the retrospectives
- Animation of the sprint planning with a prerequisite of following the team's workload plan
- Participation in the Scrum of Scrums meetings to keep track with the scrums of other teams and share the progress of the teams
- Participation/contribution to the PI planning
Contribute to the quality of the product:
- Preparation of releases
- Presence during conceptions
- Follow-up of the respect of the rules (DoR of EPIC and US, DoD)
Pilot the team:
- Pilotage of the workload plan, follow-up of the workload and the remaining tasks of the team
- Follow-up and communication of the monthly imputations
Reporting:
- Setup and follow-up of KPIs
- Follow-up of the dashboards to have a backlog as clean as possible and report anomalies to the PO so that he can take the necessary measures to make everything good.
