Faurecia, a leading technology company in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly skilled IT Sales Consultant to join our team.

About the Role

As an IT Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing IT solutions to support the Sales community. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis, design, deployment, and support of IT tools for the Sales community.
  • Act as the Product Owner for IT solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, competence centers, and external integrators to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on IT operations, concepts, and strategic discussions.
  • Translate business requirements into use cases and functional specifications.
  • Design and customize IT solutions for new processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Plan and follow up on project milestones, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support integration tests and guide key users during UAT.
  • Provide functional support for incident resolution (L3 support level).
  • Deliver required documentation and maintain it.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Engineering or Business School or equivalent.
  • Very good level of spoken and written English (compulsory), a third language is a plus.
  • 4-5 years+ experience in ERP solutions, IT applications design, and IT project execution.
  • Very good knowledge on Sales processes in SAP, S4 know-how is an advantage.
  • Experience in IT solutions such as SAP Global Trade Services, Sales & Services is an advantage.
  • Experience in automotive industry and knowledge of sales activities in this business is a plus.
  • Strong customer and result-oriented mindset.
  • Used to work in collaborative environment.
  • Project management techniques highly recommended.
  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • This position requires occasional travel (20% max).
