About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Engagement Manager to join our PPD Division at L'Oréal. As a key member of our Corporate Affairs & Engagement team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive employee engagement strategy that drives business results and fosters a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic employee engagement plan that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Design and deploy innovative communication channels and programs to engage employees and promote a sense of community
  • Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs
  • Manage and measure the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and executives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and communication

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in internal communications, change management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
