LHH Recruitment Solutions, a consulting firm specializing in recruitment and expert evaluation, is currently seeking a *KYC Compliance Analyst* for a client within the financial services sector. This role is offered on an interim basis.

Our client is a prominent entity in the financial industry, providing a vibrant and challenging workplace. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing reference data across various divisions of the investment banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC assessments and ensure the compliance of documentation prior to entry into the organization's reference data.
• Manage daily alerts associated with PEP/RCA and sanction lists.
• Escalate critical files to the Financial Security team.
• Serve as a key advisor to multiple sectors, including diverse business units and compliance, particularly in Financial Security.

Essential Skills:

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Proficient in standard office software.
• Exhibit professionalism, diligence, organization, and independence.

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• A collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and a compliance-oriented mindset.
• Ability to identify and assess risks, as well as analyze data effectively.

This position is available for immediate engagement on a full-time interim basis. The recruitment process will involve an initial phone interview followed by an in-person meeting.
