LHH Recruitment Solutions, a leading consulting firm in recruitment and expert evaluation, is currently seeking a *KYC Compliance Analyst* for a client in the financial services sector. This role is offered on an interim basis.

Our client is a prominent entity in the financial industry, providing a stimulating and challenging workplace. The position involves overseeing reference data management across various business divisions within the investment banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC verifications and ensure compliance of documentation prior to entry into the bank's reference data system.
• Manage daily alerts concerning Politically Exposed Persons (PEP), Risk Control Assessments (RCA), and sanctions.
• Escalate sensitive cases to the Financial Security team.
• Serve as a key advisor to multiple departments, including business units and compliance, with a focus on Financial Security.

Essential Skills:

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Proficient in standard office software.
• Exhibit professionalism, meticulousness, organizational skills, and independence.

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position.
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
• A collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail and a compliance-oriented mindset.
• Ability to assess and manage risks, as well as analyze data effectively.

This role is available for immediate engagement on a full-time interim basis. The recruitment process includes an initial phone interview followed by an in-person meeting.
