Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join our team at Inetum. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and helping them evolve through the agile development process with the sole goal of adding business value for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and write user stories according to "What" is needed
- Facilitate collaboration with team members to achieve a story that can be developed, delivered, and adds value to the product
- Write user stories using Agile methodologies, the Definition of Ready, and the terminology "Who, What, Why" and acceptance criteria
- Be proactive in chasing better solutions, open-minded, and flexible as requirements evolve and needs may change
Requirements
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and different frameworks
- Interest in digital transformation, customer experience, and web platforms
- Familiarity with web development applications, tools, software, and technologies
- Basic understanding of content management platforms and their interaction with websites, portals, and mobile apps
- Fluent English and good knowledge of French or Dutch
