Job Mission
Your Role:
As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and driving their evolution through the agile development process. Your primary goal will be to add business value for our customers.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
- You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and writing user stories that accurately capture their needs.
- As a business analyst, you will facilitate collaboration with team members to achieve stories that can be developed, delivered, and add value to the product.
- You should be familiar with Agile methodologies, the Definition of Ready, and the terminology 'Who, What, Why' and acceptance criteria.
- You will be proactive in seeking better solutions, open-minded, and flexible as requirements evolve and needs change.
Profile Requirements
Your Profile:
- You should be familiar with Agile methodology and different frameworks.
- You should be interested in digital transformation, customer experience, and web platforms.
- You should be familiar with web development applications, tools, software, and technologies.
- You should have at least a basic understanding of content management platforms and their interaction with websites, portals, and mobile apps.
- You should speak fluent English and have at least a good knowledge of French or Dutch.
