As a key member of the Levi Strauss & Co. team, you will be responsible for effectively managing the stock operations, stock room, and team in our Paris, France location. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where change and ideas are celebrated.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage stock operations to ensure efficient and accurate replenishment, deliveries, transfers, returns, and stock movement.
- Supervise the stockroom and product to maintain a clean and organized environment, including updated sample/rotation rail and new arrivals.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to determine commercial store needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards.
- Provide shop floor support to the team and develop and manage a team when required.
- Prior experience in stockroom operations, ideally in a managerial role.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Leadership skills to develop and train a team.
- Capacity to propose new ways to improve stockroom efficiency and productivity.
