We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating the delivery of data centre construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives and driving project success.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
- Administer contracts as a contract administrator, employer's agent, or project manager, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Prepare and present bids for services, leveraging your expertise to secure new business opportunities.
- Manage service delivery for profit, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Advise directors promptly of any issues that may impact on Gleeds' professional indemnity insurance.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in managing building construction projects in France. Your experience as a client representative PM/owner consultant and expertise in mission-critical projects (data centres, life sciences) will be highly valued.
You will possess excellent knowledge of French technical requirements applied to the construction sector, as well as a clear understanding of legislation impacting building contracts. Your excellent communication skills, methodical approach, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to work effectively with our team and clients.
We welcome applications from individuals with a university degree in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field. A professional level of English and French is highly desirable.
