The ideal candidate will possess a BAC + 5 degree in Civil Engineering and have at least a decade of professional experience in hydraulic and fluvial construction projects. This role involves overseeing civil engineering initiatives and earthworks, contributing to various construction endeavors, and managing work supervisors. A strong commitment to health and safety standards is essential, along with a willingness to travel regularly within France and occasionally abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil engineering and earthworks projects
- Engage in construction project activities
- Lead and supervise work controllers
- Promote knowledge sharing and develop tools for effective project monitoring
Candidate Profile:
The successful applicant will demonstrate extensive experience in executing civil engineering projects, possess excellent problem-solving abilities, and exhibit a strong inclination towards innovation. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
The remuneration package includes a 13th-month salary, standard benefits, and performance bonuses. Options for remote work are available under specific conditions.
