We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager Pre-sales to join our team at Board of Cyber. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of our SaaS platform by our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Animate pre-sales training and various technical demonstrations of our solutions.
- Conduct proof of concept phases in collaboration with technical teams and clients, as well as write technical documents for RFI or RFP.
- Respond to first-level technical questions from our partners, prospects, and clients.
- Oversee the client lifecycle: onboarding, follow-up, checking adoption, realizing value, and renewal.
- Build trust relationships and ensure communication between our clients and the company.
- Contribute to client loyalty by identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Report back to product teams on client feedback and needs to continuously improve the solution.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and sociable personality.
- A master's degree in engineering or a related field, with a focus on cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity, sales, technical support, or project management.
- Autonomy and dynamism: ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Familiarity with terms such as ISO27001, RSSI, PAS, NIST, or II901.
- Ability to adapt to various stakeholders (C-Levels, RSSI, DSI, technical experts, etc.) throughout the sales cycle.
- Knowledge of SaaS, Cloud, or complex solution sales is a plus.
- Collaborative: within the commercial team and other teams.
- Entrepreneurial: iterate, try, progress, learn.
- Fun: appreciate what we do and how we do it.

- Ambitious: desire to succeed.
