Paralegal Specialist

As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for the organization, maintenance, and updating of litigation event calendars using SharePoint and Outlook. You will also keep coordination documents up to date, including administrative information, competitive intelligence, national laws, strategic comments, action plans, and litigation follow-up.
In addition, you will manage specific tasks autonomously and maintain direct links with clients and local counsels in various countries. This will involve selecting local counsels to be retained, verifying conflicts, sharing information between different teams, and implementing questionnaires to be sent to various countries and monitoring responses.
To succeed in this role, you will require a very good level of English with good writing and expression skills. You should also have a good command of office automation tools and be able to train others.
