Paralegal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our French team. This is a full-time, permanent contract position with the possibility of partial remote work. Our company offers a 13th-month bonus and a dynamic international environment with offices in France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain litigation event calendars using SharePoint and Outlook.
- Keep coordination documents up to date, including administrative information, competitive intelligence, national laws, strategic comments, action plans, and litigation follow-up.
- Manage specific tasks autonomously and collaborate directly with clients and local counsels in various countries.
Requirements:
- Very good level of English with excellent writing and expression skills.
- Good command of office automation tools.
- Training in a relevant field (level of education – specialty).
