We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Aubay. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for promoting business value, strategic alignment, and product consistency across our Customer Services division.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct studies and provide expert advice to facilitate business growth and digital transformation.
- Accompany business units and define product offerings that meet their needs.
- Manage product development from design to launch, ensuring product coherence and marketing alignment.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless product deployment.
- Participate in strategic discussions with management to drive business growth.
- Produce regular product visions and marketing documentation.
- Study opportunities and track product deployments.
- Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure product consistency.
- Participate in agile rituals and contribute to product design thinking.
- Craft functional requirements for strategic programs.
- Coordinate IT efforts within the Marketing Automation club.
- Act as the primary IT contact for entities interested in Marketing Automation.
- Accompany the Marketing Automation team in their efforts to propose services to entities.
- Study Data Perspectives to identify data opportunities and propose solutions.
- Develop a Reporting Global strategy for the Cash Management department.
- Accompany the development of a strategic plan for Track & Trace.
- Study opportunities and track product deployments for Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Factoring.
- Product Management Senior experience.
- Product Marketing Management experience.
- Agile project management skills.
- Design Thinking and customer orientation.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Autonomy and ability to work in a team.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
