Product Designer Role
As a Product Designer at Monsieur Guiz, you will work closely with our clients to understand their product needs and develop solutions that meet their goals. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Discovery and Ideation
- Analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement
- Transform insights into product solutions
- Collaborate with the product manager on ideation and concept development
- Design of Interfaces
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing
- Evolve and maintain our design system to ensure scalability
- Ensure high-quality implementation of features in collaboration with the tech team

Requirements
We are looking for a Product Designer with at least 5 years of experience in agile teams. You should have a strong understanding of design principles, user research, and product development. Additionally, you should be able to:
- Lead workshops and ensure participants are engaged and satisfied
- Explain agile methodologies, lean UX, and their benefits
- Proficiently use Figma and Sketch
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design tools and concepts
- Collaborate effectively with team members and share best practices
- Identify areas for improvement in the organization and propose solutions
- Speak English fluently (not just franglish)
