About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining our recommendation system and meetings generator, working closely with our Senior Machine Learning/AI Research Scientist and other experts to drive innovation in artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ML models to generate new, valuable content or features for our product.
  • Turn complex data into actionable insights to guide the development of features that meet user needs and enhance the product's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure ML initiatives align with the overall product strategy and business goals.
  • Promote high standards in code quality, security, and performance, and maintain these through code reviews and best practices.
  • Drive solutions to high-level technical challenges that have a broad impact on the team and product.
